I shoot the game the way players see it

I'm Gabriel Joseph. I'm 13, and I've been on the sideline with a camera since the first time I borrowed one to shoot my friends' football game. I came back with a frame nobody else had, and that was it.

Since then it's turned into a real business. I cover high school and youth football, lacrosse, track and soccer, plus team and senior portraits. I know these sports because I play them and watch them, so I'm already looking where the play is going instead of reacting after it happens.

I work across Maryland & Delaware, and you'll find me most often at Harford and Cecil county fields. Night games under the lights are my favorite thing to shoot. Hard light, real intensity, and nowhere to hide.

My rule is simple: everybody on the roster gets a photo worth keeping, not just the athlete who scored. Parents get their kid. Coaches get their team. Seniors get the frame they hang on the wall.
